This company is looking for an enthusiastic telemarketing team leader, preferably with industry experience. The role entails running the telemarketing and prospecting team and external profiling and telemarketing agency, delivering qualified leads to the new business sales team and will involve both standard telemarketing and management activities.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of telemarketing executives, proven experience of calling senior people within medium to large-sized organisations, meeting lead generation targets and experience working on B2B outbound telemarketing. This person will be highly articulate, confident, unafraid of pushing to achieve a series of challenging targets who understands the benefits that IT can deliver.
