Description:
My Client is one of the leading providers of Premier Human Capital Management software and services ranging from risk reduction, business intelligence, knowledge transfer, business objects and performance review processes. This company is looking for an experienced, big ticket enterprise software solution sales person, preferably with industry experience to join their offices in Bracknell. The role entails identifying and contacting new prospects, building a solid new business pipeline to meet and exceed personal revenue targets, assisting to place new products in the existing markets and working with new markets.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years + enterprise software sales experience, be able to demonstrate successful experience in a sales environment, proof of winning big ticket new business with the ability to manage pipeline from initial opening to business close dealing at C-Level, where experience working in an American Software house would be preferable. This person will be a confident business presenter, highly articulate, confident and not afraid of pushing to achieve a series of challenging targets. This candidate is an experienced business manager who can see market opportunities and develop sales solutions to fulfil client requirements. Formal sales training would be an advantage
The role will be new business, however, the role will involve the management of accounts once these have been won. The Business Development Manager will be office based but will be expected to do a number of new business and account managed meeting per month.
