My client is the leading provider of independent, multi-asset class, high value services for the global financial market. Their independent pricing, reference data, portfolio valuations, trade processing and desktop solutions are used around the world to enhance trading operations, monetize data, reduce risk and manage compliance initiatives.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for increasing raising revenue and increasing market share for my client’s trade processing platform to the financial institutions, both buy and sell side. Position involves generating business by working closely with colleagues, networking with industry influencers and industry leaders to position products correctly. Ability to orchestrate product management resources to continue development of product to help achieve assignment is necessary.

 

Candidates must have 7-10 + years in a new account sales role, preferably selling complex application packages into the financial services industry and managing the sales cycle in environments, such as investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers. The ability to developing the territory and promoting our awareness to the territories top financial institutions is essential where you must be able to identify, qualify, orchestrate and close sales transactions of software & services solutions.
