Regional Sales Manager, United Kingdom and Ireland
Salary: £60k Basic, £120k OTE

Description:

Our client is the leading global provider of software solutions and services capturing and managing all of the information linked with core financial processes, converting them into reliable, automated, "best practices" business processes that ensure sustainable compliance. Their solutions provide seamless integration with the world’s leading ERP systems resulting in major cost reduction, improved efficiency and superior visibility for enterprises.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling their suite of solutions to high-level executives in new named, targeted accounts within the United Kingdom and Ireland. Will develop, manage and execute a sales plan outlining strategies focused on achieving revenue and profitability goals. Their software solutions are sold into the highest levels of Global 2000 corporations by generating, developing and closing new business. The Regional Sales Manager will have direct impact on success and growth and is reflected through excellent income potential.

The Regional Sales Manager will:
• Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within the United Kingdom and Ireland while positioning a convincing assessment of the compelling return on investment the client’s solutions provide.
• Work closely with our Inside Sales and Sales Engineer resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business.
• Understand and articulate the value and functionality of their suite of products and professional services to all audiences within our potential customers.
• Establish and maintain strong and referenceable relationships with our existing client base.

 

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts.
• Proven success positioning and selling solutions driving business process re-engineering is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Must have strong intellectual skills, a high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity and be very excited about providing great solutions to world-class customers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and document management technologies are preferred.
• BS/BA or equivalent is required.
